There are dozens of commercial interior design firms in the state of Arizona. After 30 years in the business, McCarthy Nordburg has perfected our strategy for rising above the noise: Versatility.
Founded in 1986, McCarthy Nordburg is a full-service firm with a portfolio
that includes local spaces such as OKRA Cookhouse & Cocktails, PXG’s retail space, Colony Starwood’s Phoenix offices, and creative agency Mindspace’s modern “anti-office.” Three decades and countless completed projects later, our team has learned that fresh perspective is key to maintaining a versatile approach to design.
McCarthy Nordburg is always moving forward—we don’t stick to outdated practices. We’re constantly learning so we can continue to provide the best services and most innovative design solutions for our clients.
This versatility allows our work to be more than just aesthetically pleasing—our spaces tell a story. You won’t see cookie cutter interiors or projects done in similar styles in McCarthy Nordburg’s portfolio. The design of an office, a healthcare facility, or a retail space should act as an extension of the brand’s voice—and there’s nothing cookie cutter about that. Every space we create is based on in-depth research and understanding of the client.
The McCarthy Nordburg team has received a variety of industry awards and recognition over the years. The firm has several LEED certified designers, committed to creating spaces that align with environmentally conscious sustainability standards and we also understand HIPAA requirements, so we can create healthcare spaces that fit those requirements as well.
After 30 years, we’re still honing our craft and we hope that McCarthy Nordburg will continue to be a leader in the Arizona interior architecture community for many more years to come.
