BIG YAM makes a bold design statement that defines the 66,000 square foot fearless advertising culture of this unique client in Scottsdale, AZ.  A design rich in a raw industrial setting that exudes the ultimate customer experience. You see and experience the brand and culture, with vibrant energetic colors surrounding a blackened feature stairwell, exposed ceiling with wood slats, multiple break rooms and community workspaces for collaboration.

Colony Starwood is a national company in the single family home business.  They desired their 41,000 square foot corporate office in Scottsdale to exude their collaborative culture.  A variety of workspaces were incorporated that support their various ways of working, with open workstations, private meetings spaces, collaborative and community gathering spaces.  The color palette is warm and inviting with pops of color integrated into the branding, furniture and accent wall finishes.

Integrate is a cutting-edge digital advertising company that desired a new raw way of working. The 19th floor of 111 W. Monroe in Phoenix fit the bill.  With 13,500 SF to be overhauled into a free-address open environment, high exposed ceiling, polished concrete floor, staggered linear pendant lights, that tie to the agency’s logo, and a solid window line of amazing views. The office speaks to their brand and mission.

PXG is 33,000 square foot unforgettable retail experience, in Scottsdale, Arizona. The entrance punctuates the exclusive PXG brand with a crisp, clean custom reception and grand mural, in the signature PXG black and white. The lounge-like bar & café is furnished with white leather club chairs and LED circle lights, overlooking 3 upscale fitting bays, a putting lab, and backdrop of wall to wall golfers.

Mindspace desired an “antioffice” – one that could be a restaurant or hotel lobby.  With a strong and established corporate culture, the 5,500 SF plan conveys a free-flowing environment with no dedicated workspaces, in Tempe, Arizona.  The client-driven design pushes the creative boundaries within a small footprint, its whimsical design, surprising furniture and accessories, an inside-outside feel with brick treatments, exterior openings and lively ceiling and lighting design.
