iT1 Source, a locallly-based tech company moved into their own uniquely renovated 27,000 SF free-standing office building in Tempe, Arizona. iT1 is a global technology solution provider, established in 2003. Their mission is to provide value-driven services in the design and implementation of customized technology solutions for their clients. The new offices speak to their brand and reputation as one of Arizona’s top 5 “Best places to work”. The design includes brick accent walls, exposed celings, linear direct lighting, open and collaborative work spaces, and reclaimed wood-like tile floor. All of this open, uplifting environment surrounds a community gathering hub with a custom salt water fish tank, and roll doors that expose natural daylighting and embellish their way of working and culture.
