Brand Centric Call Center
Quicken Loans desired a new office in downtown Phoenix and chose to renovate the top six floors 15-20 in the One North Central Avenue Tower. This was a collaboration with dPop, Quicken’s in-house design firm based in Detroit, Michigan. The partnership was formed to renovate 150,000 square feet of second generation Class A office space initially. The design and color palette is the client's interpretation of a southwestern style that also speaks to the Quicken brand and culture. The tenant improvement accommodates a variety of spaces including a main reception area, central hub for meeting and dining on each floor, private spaces including open and private offices, training rooms, an open workstation area, collaborative spaces, wellness room, family room and new ADA restrooms. McCarthy Nordburg and the engineering firms collaborated with dPOP to understand the program and fine tune the space plan. This client is focused on their people, brand and culture. Quicken has since expanded twice and now occupies 200,000 SF in One North Central Avenue.
