McCarthy Nordburg, Ltd. is a full service, Interior Architectural Design practice whose philosophy adheres to design commitment and innovation, to explore each commission for its unique opportunities and properties with careful regard to a client’s budget and schedule.

McN has developed expertise in a broad range of interior design services and market sectors including, corporate, professional service firms, higher education, medical, tenant improvement design for landlords and end users. We work collaboratively and confidently in a manner appropriate to each our client’s needs and objectives.

At the heart of our organization are the design teams, which are formed according to each particular project type and remain in place from inception to completion, ensuring continuity and design intent. Self-Certification Program

McCarthy Nordburg can assist clients in obtaining a City of Phoenix building permit through the City’s “Self-Certification” Program. This process allows a registered and qualified professional to certify a project’s compliance with the city’s building codes, standards, and ordinances. Permits are issued much faster, within 7 to 10 calendar days, than typical plan review processes. This permit process saves not only time but money by moving tenants in quicker and with fewer hassles.
