McCarthy Nordburg has been certified through the Affirmative Action Program of the City of Phoenix as a Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) qualifying as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE). In addition, McN has LEED Green Associate and Accredited Professional certified staff.

SELF-CERTIFICATION

McCarthy Nordburg can now assist clients in obtaining a City of Phoenix building permit through the newly developed “Self-Certification” Program. This new process allows a registered and qualified professional to certify a project’s compliance with the city’s building codes, standards, and ordinances. Permits are issued much faster, within one to five calendar days, than typical plan review processes which allows for a space to be built out faster. This permit process saves not only time but money by moving tenants in quicker and with fewer hassles.
